Schengen Zone Countries VISA

A Schengen visa is a short stay visa allowing its holder to circulate in the Schengen area. The Schengen
area covers 26 countries ("Schengen States") without border controls between them. These countries
are: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece,
Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway,
Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.


General Required Documents for Schengen Zone countries are:
1. Passport (valid for at least 6 months after return)
2. Photo (2 photos)
• Color photo on white background
• Size: 3.5cm x 4.5cm
• Made from the front without closures
• Recent (up to 6 months old)
3. Reference from the place of work, which indicates the position, work
experience and salary amount.
4.Application that contains your personal data
5. a) A state registration certificate is required for individual entrepreneurs
and private businesses
b) Pensioners must submit a pension booklet
c) Students must submit a reference from the educational institution.
6. Financial documents of the applicant or sponsor
7. Account statement for the last 3-6 months
8. Information about the balance in the bank account
9. Certificates of immovable and movable property
10. Marriage/divorce certificate
11. Children’s birth certificate / passport

Nationals of Armenia can apply for USA visa at the Embassy of USA in
Armenia.


General Required Documents - For All Visa Types
The following documents are required for all visa types:
1. Current Passport valid for travel to the United States. The passport
must be valid for at least six months beyond the period of stay in the
United States.
2. Passport containing the most recently issued U.S. visa (if applicable).
3. Nonimmigrant Visa Application, Form DS-160 confirmation page.
4. One 5 x 5 cm (2 x 2 inches) color photo taken within the last 6 months
5. Accompanying family members, unless entering the United States for
another purpose, should present a marriage certificate (spouse) and/or
birth certificate (for unmarried children under 21), as applicable.
